Kien Nam Group is the trademark of Kien Nam Co., Ltd which has headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Officially founded in 2001, the company has a professional team of experienced architects, engineers and over 100 skillful workers. We are a professional contractor for construction and M&E system. We have performed many projects throughout Vietnam that invested by both foreign and domestic companies in which scale of foreigner appropriate over 90% of total revenue.

M&E SYSTEM 

M&E is abbreviation of Mechanical and Electrical. Besides construction, interior and exterior, M&E is an important and essential part.

The mechanical part is large in the category of Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning (MVAC) [also known as HVAC]. Other Mechanical parts include Fire Alarm and Fighting, Plumbing and Sanitary (P & S), LPG and Pneumatic.

Electrical part includes relevant to electricity such as: distribution and supply power, lighting, control, extra low voltage (ELV).

In other words, M & E systems are factors those help the building can be operated.
