Sky Garden is "Architectural typical of the Vietnam renovation period" awarded by the Vietnam Architect Association on June 26, 2008, including 1,715 apartments in 22 blocks of high buildings from 12 to 20 floors. Design variety of area rom 56m2, 70m2, 95m2, 106m2 ... for clients' choices. Besides, there are 56 stores along the ground floor that has variety area from 74m2 to 106m2 and shopping mall on the 2nd floor contributing to increasing utility for residents.
